I live in Ibaraki prefecture and I work for Ibaraki corporation as a office clerk.
I like English conversation, reading books, foreign travel and triathlon.
Triathlon distance is not so long. It was called Olympic distance and I do swim 1.5km, bike 40km and run 10km.

Southern island called Ko Tao and whale shark
Southern island called Ko Tao and whale shark
I was really interested in scuba diving but it is a little expensive for me in Japan. So I learned how to scuba in Thailand because it is very reasonable!!
Southern island called Ko Tao is really famous for great diving spots and I really enjoy watching so many fishes.
At first, I planed that I would get only license called Open Water License but I changed my mind. Yes, I got advanced license, too.
When I was learning how to take pictures under the water to get this license, fortunately I could meet whale shark !!
I could swim with whale shark about 5 minutes and it was impressive experience for me!!
Thanks to this excellent encounter, I really like scuba diving now !!
Yes, I will go many places to encounter many kinds of fishes :)

Thai massage general course in Bangkok
Thai massage general course in Bangkok
One of the main purpose of this travel was learning Thai traditional massage in English to get certification. So I attended Thai Massage General Course and I studied massage about 30 hours in 5days.
General Thai Massage Course For 30 Hours
(I'm sorry... shake camera.)
Of course, it's first time for me learning something in English abroad so I felt a little nervous...
But even though I couldn't understand what teachers and friends said fully, I could enjoy this course and cross-cultural communication a lot !!
Through this course, I leaned many things not only Thai massage....
First, there are many English in the world. When I told one of my friends who is Singaporean, I couldn't understand what he said....orz So I really felt that I should talk many people to improve my English communication skills.
Second, learning something in English is really fun !!! Not only increase knowledge of what I want to learn but also I could improve my English and communication skills at same times !!
If I didn't meet this website called Smart.fm, I could not attend English course so I really think that learning English and this website are changing my life...
Someday I want to go back to Thailand to go out with my friends and teachers !!!

Watching solar eclipse in Shanghai
During this summer vacation, I went to Shanghai and Thailand. I chose Shanghai as the place for transit of air plain so the ticket cost became more reasonable. Of course, I staid Shanghai to watch solar eclipse but unfortunately I could not watch it because rain started when the sun became half ....
Even though I couldn't watch total eclipse, I felt that how sky and space were huge because I watched sky for long time. And I realized that how small I am and this feeling taught me that many people always help me....
This experience broadened my outlook a lot and I think that I have to have a grateful heart for everyone and everything...
Of course, I enjoyed sightseeing a lot such as visiting Chinese old garden, visiting highest observation deck in the world, watching Chinese acrobatic group and especially eating Shanghai crab. ( I'm sorry that I forgot taking pictures of Shanghai crab...orz)

I know that there are many people called Eclipse Hunter in the world and I would become one of them www Actually, that eclipse gave me a good opportunity to visit the place where I don't know well and it widened my view a lot !!
Someday, I will go to somewhere to watch total eclipse again :)
